Tetris Ultimate is coming to PS4 and Xbox One this summer—just in time for the series’ 30th anniversary—and PC this fall, Ubisoft announced today.
According to a post on the Ubiblog, Tetris Ultimate will feature six game modes: Marathon, Battle, Power-Up Battle, Ultra, Endless, and Spirit, all playable with up to four participants. The exact details behind each mode, of course, have yet to be revealed, though Ubisoft promised more details to come out of E3 next week and for a teaser trailer to show up before then.
Ubisoft will hold their E3 2014 press conference on June 9 at 3 p.m. PT (6 p.m. ET). Aisha Tyler will once more host the media briefing. On Monday, June 10, Tetris creator Alexey Pajitnov will be at the Ubisoft booth in South Hall demonstrating Tetris Ultimate from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. ET.
