Last year’s Saints Row 4 is being ported to current-gen systems by High Voltage Software, it was revealed at a PAX panel this afternoon. The project was revealed alongside a new Saints Row release titled Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell, which is being developed by series creator Volition alongside High Voltage. The port will cost $29.99, will include all Saints Row 4 DLC and will be available January 27, 2015.
High Voltage Softwares Creditability
High Voltage Software is quite alot experience with ports. They the did Injustice Gods Amoung us ports, Amazing Spider-Man 2 port for 3DS, Mortal Kombat PC port and the Zone Of Enders HD Collection. They did loads of games for the Wii and made a whole new engine specifically to push the Wii to its limits graphically. Also they have ore history with liscence games which were pretty bad but they’ve seemed to pick up recently as a port developer. They have been around since 1993 and started their life by making White Men Can’t Jump(one of my favourite movies) for the Atari Jaguar and have been making a variety of games ever since.
Saints Row: Gat Out Of Hell
Standalone DLC Coop game were you play as Gat and Kinzie. It’s for $20 so don’t expect a full fledged sequel.

Volition’s next entry in the Saints Row series is titled Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell and sends the franchise to the afterlife in 2015.
According to a trailer that debuted at PAX Prime today, the Saints are sucked into Hell via ouija board and battle demons. The game features online co-op for two players. The game’s version of Hell will be about half the size of Saints Row 4’s Steel Port.
Players will get access to a handful of new weapons, including the Arm Chairmageddon, a La-Z-Boy with guns, the Energy Caster, a Locust Gun and a weapon that fires a plague of frogs.
Developed by Volition and High Voltage Software, Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell is a standalone expansion and won’t require a copy of Saints Row 4 to play.
