Crossplay između XO, PC i Switcha? Kul. Sony je odbio iz nekog razloga.

Minecraft je izgleda prva u nizu igara koje će imati Crossplay.

Gunscape is a first-person shooter construction kit that was originally planned for Wii U. But at this point, it’s probably safe to say that it won’t come out on that system.

While Wii U is probably out, Switch could be a possibility. A developer speaking on the official Gunscape forum noted that cross-play between Switch and Xbox One has been “conditionally approved”. We assume that means players on both consoles would be able to play online together if Gunscape were to be made for Switch.

Sad čitam, navodno je problem u sigurnosti. Verovatno zbog toga što im je infrastruktura golo govno.

Well, ko će ga znati 100%. Sigurno su ih pitali, ovi rekli “ne” i šta je tu je.

Sony uvek tvrdi pazar iz nekog razloga, i pre je bila priča da MS hoće cross play za dosta igara a sony je uvek odbio. Baš bezveze.

Destiny 2 cross play bi bio vrhunski potez, ali i ostale igre… Ali jbg, politika je cudo…

Haha, znao sam istog momenta kada sam procitao. Security je pis zivi u velikim kompanijama.

Odlican odgovor Rocket League developera na smesno vadjenje Sony-ja na to sto ne dopusta crossplay. Ah ti menadzeri…

I understand that stance. We want to take care of our players. But from our perspective, if PlayStation already allows cross-network with PC, which is the least regulated of any of the partners, then in theory, having Xbox and Switch in there should be fine. They’re a lot more regulated. From our perspective that concern is already handled. That’s taken care of. Our dream is that true cross-network play — we want it on all the platforms. It’s very important to us, for multiple reasons. One, you can have faster matchmaking. The bigger the pool, the faster the matchmaking. It benefits everybody. Two, you get better quality opponents. In a bigger pool you have better people who are closer to your location.”
