Ultimate Edition will apparently give owners Early Access to Gears of War 4 on October 7th; four days before launch.

Gears of War 4 releases on October 11th, exclusively for Xbox One, though you can jump into the game’s open beta right now. If you take part in the beta, which ends on May 1st, then you can nab a free t-shirt for your Xbox One avatar as well as some exclusive in-game gear.
